Chris began his career in London, managing his own construction company concentrating on high-end residential projects. Upon his return to South Africa in 2005, he joined Urban Space Property Group, a well-known property development company in Cape Town, which concentrates on premium bespoke property development.
As Operational Manager, Chris was responsible for the day-to-day management of all their construction projects.
During his time at Urban Space he completed the following projects:

- 6 Town houses on Ripelby Road

In 2018 Chris created Gold Triangle Projects which he currently runs as sole Owner/Operator. Chris loves the hands-on role of being able to see each and every detail through from conception to implementation and accepts nothing less then perfection.
